She has received technical education to ensure ICS stays up to date with industry standards and has been recognized by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Certified House Cleaning Technician, following the successful completion of her examination.

A press release issued by the IICRC in 2013 announced that Jeimy Ivonne of ICS (Ivonne's Cleaning Services, Inc.) in Ashburn was recently qualified by education and examination as a Certified House Cleaning Technician. This student has sacrificed many hours and a great deal of time and study to reach this level of certification.
